Little Brother

All of my siblings are exceptionally quick and witty.  But Jeff....he gets me every time.

Jeff and I developed a love for Nutella when we traveled to Paris with my parents a few years ago.  Ever since we've compared our interactions with Nutella and are constantly plotting ways to incorporate it into something new.

Jeff just got to the Spain MTC this week and this was an excerpt from the first letter we got from him...

"Then they always have bread. good bread. AND theres always a jar of nutella open. Heaven right? The weird thing is that the nutella here is different.. but im sure i´ll learn to love it just the same."

I caught myself sitting at my desk with a smile ear to ear while reading this.  Half jealous of the Nutella, but mostly just because I miss him.  Has it been 2 years yet?

  1. It sounds like Jeff is having a really good time. And he's right...Nutella is made differently in Europe. My European friends tell me they don't like the Nutella made in the good ol' USA. Apparently, in our version the flavor is diluted. I am so happy you recognize what a special relationship you have with your brother. He is very lucky to have a sister like you....

  5. Yeah, I am missing him, too. John had to help me rake leaves tonight and he's not as accommodating as Jeff was. John is always thinking up new yard work things to do, Jeff just happily helped me with the bare minimum. Can't wait to hear more about the nutella differences!
